My one and only goal is just to total 1400 at 148 lbs. next year. Once I do that, I’ll re-evaluate and make new goals. My ambitious goal is to break the raw squat world record, but I think it will take me longer than one year to get close.

I don’t believe in setting number goals. I feel like if I get it, I won’t work as hard and if I don’t get it I’ll be discouraged.

So my goals are always the same. Get as strong as I can while staying as lean as I can while being healthy.

Im going to get stronger than I’ve ever been this year and compete in no less than 3 powerlifting meets. To pop my cherry and then to keep me lubed.

Get out of beginner’s stage onto intermediate.
Squat: 150kg
Bench: 110kg
Deadlift: 165kg
Press: 70kg
BB Row: 80kg

1600 RAW Total and then take 2 days off from the gym!

405 Front Squat- current 315
360 Axle Press- current 290
600 Deadlift- current 505 raw
Get up to 250ish and not look like a total blob- current 225 at 5’7"

2x BW bench
3x BW deadlift

Maintain bodyweight around 93-99kg and relative leanness.
Find a meet to compete in.
Run more.

Get stronger. Yup, that’s it. I haven’t been in the PL game long enough to know what’s feasible. But squat 2xBW and deadlift 2.5xBW should be doable at some point during 2013.

My biggest goal is to stop being a weak as shit; I’ve been following 531 since about august and I’ve seen nothing but steady improvement.

Over head press at least 85% of my body weight (185)

Well to be dead honest, all of these replies saying “squat 500 at 200lb” and stuff like that…I’m feeling pretty soft right now haha good luck guys, I’m sure my big numbers will come eventually
