Could somebody give me a replacement exercise for seated calf raises and standing calf raises. I have no equipment to do these, which sucks because I know how good they would feel.
Please check out the article before suggesting an exercise because it already might be in the program.

If you have access to a squat/power rack, just load up the bar for rear back Squats, place a 2X4 under the ball of your foot, and extend up.
I sometimes do them w/o the 2X4 when doing squats. I find it more effective than the other machines.
