Big Beyond Belief Level 2


Hello everyone,

I just completed Big beyond belief level 1 on the 4 times a week program and am quite pleased with the results I've gotten. However, I'm kind of relunctant to start level 2 because a lot of the concepts seem kind of "out there" such as doing sets of 40-50 reps and resting up to 7 mins between sets. However, I remember in the program the author wrote that in level 2 is where the real growth comes from. I'm just wondering if someone who has done the program could please provide me some feedback good or bad on the results they received from the level 2 training. Thanks, in advance,
