We did an awesome set of Preachers the other day, and I was wondering if anyone else ever tried something along these lines.
We started out with very heavy negatives, and once you could no longer do a 10 sec. neg, we dropped the weight and went straight into a double drop set of regular preacher curls. If you are feelin ballzy, make your spotter force a negative rep before each drop of the drop set. This preacher set was one of the hardest things that I’ve personally ever experienced.
Does anyone want to comment or share another variation of a good bicep exercise? Thanks.

A great biceps exercise? Yeah. Chins and rows.

I appreciate the response, but I was specifically wondering if anyone could offer advice on any other good super sets, or something else to change up my workout a little. I just used the Preachers as an example.
