Just read your tip from thibarmy on triceps about rolling the wrists on lockout for higher activation which has worked great for me as muscle mind connection or arms is quite difficult. This makes it a lot more effective…

Quick question on biceps, do you have a tip to highten biceps avtivation on contraction?.. Is rolling the wrists forward or backwards an efffective move?

No because it will activate the forearms more, taking the stress out of the biceps. The opposite actually works: as you are curling the weight you extend the wrist (kinda like when Spider-Man throws hi web)
