I think I have a case of bicep tendonitis. I tweaked it last bench day and it hasn't been the same since. I've rested it for the most part but I tried some light exercises today. Light curls don't hurt, push ups don't hurt but band pull aparts seem to put a lot of stress on it at the moment. Is this an area I should roll with a lacrosse ball? Any other tips for healing this besides RICE (which I've been doing)?
