My bicep tendon is constantly inflamed by these exercises pressing (decline dont)or raises aggravate it(rear delts dont) . I have been like this for three years .I have been working on building the upper back and rotator cuff but that still didnt fix the issue with the tendon . The part that is causing the inflammation is the extension or when my elbow starts going behind my body .floor presses dont hurt ,but i would like to press normally again and not have constant inflammation. I believe i have done the strengthening and form corrections on my bench but still not completely pain free. Any advice im only 20 and dealing with this shit hand …thanks
2-3 sets of curls at the start of your press workout. Stretch the bis out.
