Hey guys, i was looking at my arms and i noticed a slight difference in the lengths of my bicep bellies. I know genetics might be at fault but is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve been told to do more hammer curls.
Assuming they are differnt lengths why do you care?
You really can’t fix this.
Look at Arnold, his biceps were different. If he couldn’t figure out how to change it, it seems fairly safe to bet the rest of us can’t.

Your profile says you’re 6’2", 160 pounds, and 15 years old.
If all of those are accurate, I promise you, in the name of all that is heavy, you do not need to be worrying about trying to change the length of your biceps bellies.
