In the Soviet Union, anyone who criticized left-wing (communist) ideology, was labeled “schizophrenic,” locked up, and were given large enough doses of Haloperidol to cause permanent brain damage. After their “treatment,” they were no longer a threat to the left-wing terrorist regime.
