Hey CT. I haven’t been on here in a while. I think (though not sure) you said somewhere that the triceps receive more stimulation from compound movements than the biceps do. Is this true, and if so would that mean that direct triceps work could be left out while still working biceps directly? I do heavy pressing three times a week (push press, bench from pins/ pushups) and pulling three times a week (chins, deadlifts, reverse laterals).
