BF% For Massive Eating Diet

Hey guys I am currently calculating my calorie needs for the massive eating diet. Only problem is I have no clue what my BF% is.

Which method would you propose for my needs?

just thought I’d get that post out of the way :wink:

Of all the BF calculators I found on the Internet this one seems the best. But you should probably buy a caliper or something like that. However the one below is ok, given that we’re talking about a diet.


Your bets bet would be get it done by someone who has experience go to your gym and have a trainer take it
