Beyond Bikini Body - Short Range Goals

I have learned that having a short range goal is the best way to keep from getting frustrated and overwhelmed. My trainer tells me “at least your not pushing daisies” That really hit home with me and I put that on my frig next to the sign I made that says “No excuses”
