Beyond 531?

Do you think the beyond 531 templates on T-Nation can be used when my numbers are relatively low. Squat 265, Bench 255, Dead 295, Press 105. I love short simple workouts and I feel that template is calling me. Also what’s your opinions on training in Roshe runners.

Have you used 5/3/1 before, or would this be your first time using any variation of it?
