I’m not clear on assistance work for 531 Pyramid from Beyond. Is the entire workout the pyramid on the main lift without any additional accessory / assistance, so OHP day would be OHP 531 Pyramid and that’s it, or do I add in 2 - 3 accessories along with it?
The 5/3/1 Pyramid is your anchor, accessory work is whatever you want it to be.
Pyramid is base work and supplemental. Assistance is as usual, added after.
