I know this is minor and doesn't drive the progress of the program however, in the Beyond 531 program do you think I can choice whatever 3 assistance lifts that I want?
Instead of Chin-up / Pull-up Side Bend, Triceps Pushdown and Barbell Curls, Back Raises,Band Pull-Apart / Face Pull
Can I use a Pull,Ab,Push and a Curl,Back Raise,Upper Back movement. My reason for this is #1. not get bored #2. I love DB rows and Dips. Good or Bad Idea?
