Beyond 5/3/1 Training Maximally, Sets Working up to TM?

In terms of how the working up to your TM is laid out…

If I feel like using less than 10 sets get to this point / the increments aren’t identical (10%) but say decrease as I get nearer to my TM / I prefer a triple not a single before the PR set, that okay?

I’m assuming this is down to my judgement and it’s the PR set that counts, but just thought I’d check how important this part is.

However you want to do it, just make sure you are ready when the time comes.
