Gotta say, I have worked through half the program to this point, and I was naturally strong before...but this program is fantastic... The overall gains in strength are amazing. I would say to a degree my conditioning has suffered a little... but not in a horribly detrimental way...
I will wrap the full 20 week program up about 2 weeks ahead of my first power lifting competition, truly excited at what gains I have made.
No real questions right now I guess... My conditioning...I am more than capable there...I know I can always work a little harder.
I just wanted to say thank you, both of your books are amazing... Very to the point and well thought out... You have a great program, and I love this template thus far... No need to change what is proven to work. Great job.
