I'm currently in the 4th stage of the 5/3/1 program that Jim posted here on T-Nation. As someone who had limited exposure to power lifting through Crossfit, I really have enjoyed this program and feel that I am just now getting into the groove with it. That being said, any issues with repeating the program from 1.1?
I may take a few weeks to do a kettlebell challenge but really want to keep going with this 5/3/1 program. I like how Jim has laid it all out, see PR's every week and fits my schedule. If repeating from 1.1, should I just keep increasing my TM's or should I re-test 1RM's?
