Patience. It has been 6 1/2 weeks. What I find most interest are the people who just abandoned whatever they were in the middle of doing 6 1/2 weeks ago for this program and now are paralyzed because they cannot continue to the next stage. Up your training maxes, run the first 5 weeks again, and then transition into the next stage when you are finished with that cycle and when it is available. Just my two cents worth.

No one is freaking out. This program was designed to stack one cycle on the next. To switch to another defeats the purpose. Simply seeking it will or will not. E posted.
Seriously. Do people feel superior to everyone by coming in here to call every pussies and say that people are bitching about free programs?
T-Nation put out a program that was suppose to be released in parts, every 5 weeks… And they haven’t done so. A couple people started using the program under the impression that future phases would be released on time. I dont see anything wrong with asking where the next parts of the program are.
Obviously people can do another program, or figure something out in the mean time, or stop training all together, or whatever else they want to do… But if you say you are going to do something by such-and-such a date, be prepared for questions when that date comes and goes with no information, and what appears to be a avoidance of the issue by the people who put the program out (T-Nation, not Jim)

It never said in the article about releasing the next phase(s) or when they would be doing so.
Steven F…read the article again. Think you might have a different answer.

That’s how they released the Reactive Pump program when it first came out, and I dont think its unreasonable to assume that the workouts would be released when the first one is “over.” Doesnt really make sense to break a program into phases that last 5 weeks, then release them in longer than 5 week intervals. Surely you can see this.
I’m not doing it myself, but I fully understand the questions and frustration at the people who did decide to start that program when it was released. Especially when the write up of the program clearly states that the phases are suppose to be one cohesive piece that all build upon each other.

Now I see why you have a nickname “self-destruct”.

Shugart, TC someone please respond to this message. Why the delay on publishing weeks 6-10. You have people waiting.
It’s no one’s fault - it was just a mix up.
Yea, sorry bout that. I’m 30 now and try to be more diplomatic about things. It wasn’t all shoot from the hip. I figured if I said something controversial and ruffled a few feathers maybe someone would respond. This is the first full body program I have run since Starting Strength. If the program wasn’t working so well for me I wouldn’t care.

youngoldguy has the best profile picture ever.
My apologies on asking the numerous questions and acting like an ####. Moving on to another template. Thanks to both Jim and T-Nation for offering up the initial five weeks.

Why can’t all you guys just add some weight and move on. Jeez. If you all had any clue about 5/3/1 at all, you can do it by yourselves. You can stick with this one forever, just switch out the assistance very now and then and throw in some calves. Is this really worth all the whining? WWJWD? He would tell you to train NOV and pick up something heavy. My god, what were you doing BEFORE he posted this?

I don’t follow this program or anything, so I don’t really give a shit either way, but Sandos, why have you made this your personal crusade?
They seem like fair questions to me, and as far as I know, no one’s asked you to be the mouthpiece for the company or Wendler.
You cant tell how much he (sandos) knows about programming in general, and 5/3/1 by his advice “throw in some calves and train NOV!!!”
From now on all my advice will become some combonation of “throw in some calves”… then I’ll add in some buzzword or catchphrase I ripped off from someone successful.
“THROW IN SOME CALVES AND GET JIGGY WIT IT!!!”
Why is it that you keep posting comments related to this question, but, yet never answer the #### question. Plain and simple when is the next cycle going to be posted. Quick setting on your collective backside and answer.

With an attitude like that I hope he never posts it just out of spite.
Jaynick77… I meant T-Nation’s backside not Jim’s.
Please explain to me how you put out crap articles like “Jefferson Deadlifts”, but, will not publish the second phase of Wendler’s program.
