What’s up with this beverley intnl diet? Is it really that different from the other low carb diets out there?
That’s a great question, I was actually thinking about that today and becuase of my lack of success so far, I was thinking about following their suggestions. Since BodyOpus and the Anabolic Diet were disappointing for me, I’m going to start their low carb diet this coming week to try to lose fat. I’m just following the basic recommendations though, for fat loss, about 55%protein, 30-35%fat and 10-15%carbs from some fruits and vegetables. Also check out Jay Robbs Fat Burning Diet Book, its basically the same thing.
