Better Program?

What do you think is the best program for keeping muscle while doing the anabolic diet, maximal weights-Poliquin. Or Ian King’s workouts in the book of mucle?

Instead of looking for the best program I would look at the diffrent elements that the better programs incorporate like GPP, balance of rep ranges, balance of movements, and focusing on compound lifts. Once you have an idea about these concepts you can apply them to yourself in a way that focuses on your weaknesses in effect creating what may be the best program for you right now(which will probaly change in 3-12 weeks).
