Better before-bed meal

I am currently on an anabolic-style keto diet (have good reasons) and am looking for closer to optimal pre-bed meal. Current is 4 organic eggs, 2oz cheese, and 20 fish oil caps. Would a scoop of micellar casein and 2tbsp flax oil and coconut oil each be better?


how about some low carb grow? and some fish oil caps. people on this board tend to like that.
