So I’m reading some old T-Nation articles and came across a few about beta-alanine:
Of course, linked in the latter article is a link to the Beta Alanine sold on this site. I’m already taking Surge Workout Fuel, which has Beta Alanine in it. Has anyone tried both? What are your experiences on the Beta Alanine compared to the SWF? Or if you’ve just tried Beta Alanine, how was it?
Also: if Beta Alanine has to be taken several times a day, how does it work in SWF when you’re only taking it peri-workout?
