I've been taking Beta-7 on a consistent basis for the last month and it has worked great for me when I do multiple 400m sprints on Mondays and 200m sprints on Thursdays. I've also experimented taking SWF before my sprinting and then a FINiBAR after so I can lift wts about 15 minutes later.
Beta-7 has 2000mg of timed released beta alanine for 2 tablets. And you take it 3 times a day, for a total of 6 tablets every day. If I take SWF on sprint/wt. training days, can I just take 4 tablets on those days? Or do I just skip the SWF because I'm getting enough beta-alanine in the Beta-7 (total 6000mg a day)?
SWF does not show how much beta-alanine is in 2 servings.
