See a PT and ask them to evaluate your herniated disc and poor mobility.
I did on Monday the 19th. He gave me exercises to do, saying that my hamstrings and hips and back were ridiculously tight. He also advised me to never squat again
See a different PT. If your goal is to squat then your PT should be devising a program to address any deficiencies in your mobility.
