Alright, I know this has been discussed before, but I just wanted to get some more feedback. Is there one workout better then the other while using Androsol? My goal would have to be strength. So with this in mind can someone recommend a better workout with Androsol? I believe I am eating correctly and let's just assume that I am eating prefectly. I just do not want this discussion to stray away from what is the better workout if one's goal is STRENGTH!
The 2-on 4-off cycle is tricky for powerlifting training since the strength gains are only really kicking in by the end of the 2nd week. The most noticible thing with Androsol is that you can recover from a slightly higher set volume though. Next cycle I'm going to do 5*5 while on, and then peak the lifts with low rep wave loading in the weeks afterwards.
