I used to weigh 180 when I was lifting regularly. Now I have dropped 10 pounds because of a long overdue regular routine. I desire to gain back that muscle and more, but this time I want to do it while losing some lbs. off the midsection.. I'd say around 5 or so.
After doing some reading and getting some responses off the site I found Carbolin 19 will work well as a suuplement to do this but anyone have a great recommended workout from the wide array offered that would go with my goals?
