Best Workout to Compliment Basketball

I’ve recently gotten back into playing basketball. I’m playing 3 times a week, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours each time out. Needless to say it’s a great workout. My question is, what would you say is the best weight-training routine to do in addition to playing basketball? I’d prefer to hit the weights no more than 3 times a week since I’m already committed to 3 days a week of hoops. Thanks for the help.

Include some o-lifts…w/ the work-outs… also look at renegade training too…
