Best Workout for Naturals - Cardio

Hey CT! I just bought the new program and I’m getting ready to start it next week. It’s a big change from my normal training style, I usually do a lot of volume. My question is what kind of cardio and how much could be/should be done with this new program? Currently I do two days a week, at the end of my workouts. I usually do short intense intervals on the echo bike.
Is this type of cardio good or bad with this program if my goal is to add size? Should I switch to a slow, steady state cardio or even scrap it altogether?
