Best Workout for Natural Lifters - Low Incline DB Front Raise

Sorry if this has already been asked, did a search and couldn’t see anything yet. My gym is just re-opening here in Ontario and getting ready to start the new plan Monday. Did your original T-Nation plan back in 2017 with great results and looking forward to this one.

Low-Incline Dumbbell Front Raise, for the linked video with the complex, I’m just doing the middle movement where I’m back to the bench and not the whole complex, right?


I was also wondering about this exercise. If I’m sitting back in an incline bench doing db front raises or if I’m leaning my chest into an incline bench and doing front raises that way.

Back on a 30 deg. bench to allow for a stretch of the front deltoids in the bottom position
