In your opinion, what is the best type of workout to do while on AAS?
4/5 day split (one muscle group a week)Push/Pull (two muscle groups a week)Full body (three muscle groups a week)
What gave you best gains in size and mass?
If you have been training for number of years before hand continue using the same program that got you to where you we're before you start/started using, I have been doing a 6 day split, one body part a day, with legs twice a week. Did that before and am doing it during. It worked extremely well for me off cycle and even better during. Up too yourself and how your body responds i cant stand training more than one body part a day feel like i didnt do enough.
I am going to go out on a limb and say if you don't know what kind of program to run you probably shouldn't be using AAS.
Sorry but you misunderstood my question, I know what works for me and my body, I am just curious of other peoples experiences with all the different training methods.
