Best Way to Minimize Testosterone to Estrogen Conversion

yeah…

aromatase inhibitor. google.

Lots of zinc, cruciferous vegtables, Rez-V and the number one most Important thing is low levels of body fat!

All else fails aromatase inhibitor. If you drop your estrogen to much you’ll be in trouble for sure

Why do you want to do this?

Arimidex.

For sho!

It just becomes a question of what the OP has access to and exactly why he needs/wants to minimize test->estro conversion. If levels of test are not supra-physiological, then there should be no problem, unless the OP’s bodyfat is greater that ~18% or so. If you have a lot of fat mass, you will have more estrogen which will jack up your test:estro ratio.

I have a hunch that, since this is not posted in the steroids forum, we aren’t dealing with someone who actually NEEDS to lower their estrogen.

Well there are plenty of things that dont pose a problem but still aren’t ideal.

Lowering ones E2 levels to the bottom of the normal range is a way to improve one’s ration of T:E. There are a legitimate positive effects of having an ideal ratio. But doing so with the use of an AI is something I dont recommend unless the person is willing to get blood tests every few weeks to figure out the right dose of the AI

True, but he didnt ask for ideal. He asked for the best.
