What in your guys oppinions is the most efective way to perform a lunge? should I stand still,Lunge go back to starting standing position and lunge again etc.etc OR lunge as I walk?
All are effective, and all can and should be used for variety.

I have found if you stand still - slide one foot 'back' until you are in a lunge position then bring back leg forward until totally upright - This keeps the weight constantly in one position. I've seen many trainers lunging forward and lose control as the weight gets ahead of them. Walking lunges are a nightmare. You want to spend as much time training as you can? keep ahead of injuries. Hope I've been of help.
