Best Way to Increase Speed and Lose Fat?

Charlie Francis’ 400m workouts are designed for improving one’s 400m time, NOT for fat loss. The runs are all-out with a very long recovery and the volume is very low- completely different from the ‘HIIT’ that is used for fat loss.

so pretty much the 400 routine is nothing that would help me right now. So where is the stuff i could find by coach D? and what is the best sprinting scheme for increased speed?
