Hey! I’m thinking of getting into Oly Weightlifting. Just wondering how I should go about doing it? Is there a starting program or a set of exercises I should focus on? Thanks!

Olympic Weightlifting is the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Everything you do is based on those two classical lifts.

Honestly, the best thing to do is find a coach. Google USA Weightlifting and look up the closest LWC to you. If there is not one near you, call one of them and find out if they know a good coach in your area. Go visit them as often as possible.
If you can’t do that, get some equipment, barbell, bumpers and a squat rack, and get some online coaching (consists of you video’ing yourself and sending it to e-coach for review).
Find an olympic weightlifting gym/coach, there is no way you will be able to learn the correct technique on your own. I recently joined one and the results are fantastic!
