Best Vegtables and Fruits to Eat

I’m not a big fan of fruit and vegtables… what are the best ones to help lose weight and be healthy? thanks

Cruciferous veggies - cauliflower and broccoli

Fruit - papaya, kiwi, berries, avocado, guava, coconut, pineapple

1/4 to 1/2 an Avocado is an excellent snack. There are excellent fats in it.

Careful with that advice, thats only if you want to strip fat off you body at a rapid pace.

I think thats the new MD6 Biotest was talking about releasing.

Wheat grass,spirulina,blue berrys,cherrys,apples,oranges,
broccoli,greek salad,coconuts…some really great produce.
Please do try spirulina.It’s a great superfood.
