Best Training Plan On Keto (Not for Fat Loss)

I’m going on keto for 6 weeks. What’ll be best training program during this period for muscle maintenance and possibly some gains? I was thinking some “freestyle” approach, meaning no strict structure, just go with the flow while maintaining basic “rule of thumb” principles but maybe there’s something proven that works best in most cases. I’ll be grateful for any thoughts / experiences.

A good program will work on any diet if eating enough protein.

Just do compound lifts, 1 or 2 carries and isolation for lagging area.
