Can anyone suggest a good training routine/concept for a mass gaining cycle on test/deca? I was going to try maximal wts, but wanted to see what you guys thought.
Maximal wts is pretty good, but I always liked German Volume. There’s something about this one that pumps you fast when on a cycle. Perhaps try this for first part of the cycle, and max wts at the end.
German volume is good for the first three weeks or so but you should switch it up. You can handle a lot more volume when on. I feel that super sets between 6-8 reps 3 exersise done done three times. For example doing pullups with 3 diffrent grips with no rest. done three times. You are the only one that knows how much is too much.
