If you take two table spoons each day take one with break and one with dinner,or whatever meal.If you're taking one a day ,take it early in the morning,before bed,or later in the day.Make sure it's unrefined coconut oil.
Thanks for the info guys. One last question I had: does anyone have coconut in between meals or have a little bit with each meal (ie. spread out through the day instead of in a single sitting)?
Normally I have a few almonds with each meal. Was thinking of perhaps alternating between almonds and coconut oil. Like a small teaspoon with 2-3 meals.
