Hi Guys. I want to start incorporating virgin coconut oil into my diet. I have my P/F meals later in the day, usually at around 4pm, 7pm and a small meal before bed. My question is: is there any 'ideal' time or preferred time for the coconut oil? I know it has the same cals as what I would normally use (olive oil or flax oil) but perhaps the way it is structured and all the saturated fat would make it a better choice at one particular time over another?
