upper right pec i believe has been strained. no bruising so im guessing its minimal. i’ll be traveling for pretty much 2 weeks. anything i can do to speed up recovery process?

Ice for 10-20 minute intervals and include some LIGHT stretching, maybe some NSAIDs if you feel it necessary.
