Have returned to lifting after 6 years of bodyweight exercises and total gym (sorry Chuck but it is not as good as weights). I have begun to regain strength but size appears to be returning very slowly.
I have been using protein powder pre and post 6 AM workouts and have been using fish oil vitamin d3, glucosomine and chondroitin and stacking A Bomb with T Bomb II.I seem to be getting good results- energy is back to what it was 10 or more years ago- but am wondering if there is anything better. I am considering Alpha Male or maybe a prohormone.
Any suggestions or ideas? What works well for others who are my age?
