Best T-Nation Workout For Cutting


Of course I know that nutrition is massively important, but i would just like to know what some of you guys opinion on the best T-Nation workout for a cut would be?

Meltdown for sure.


I haven't done it so I can't speak from experience but "10x3 for fat loss" from Chad Waterbury looks pretty good.


It is a great program. I attest to that. I've used it over the last few months, switching off from that to a 5x5 program. Wonderful. If you havent tried it, you should.

What are some other good programs OUTSIDE of the meltdown ones? I always hear that as the default answer to this question.
