Best Strength Program

Hey everyone, so I’m about to finish up HSS-100 in 3 weeks, then take 1 week off. I got some good strength, and some decent size, but would really like to up my numbers on my lifts a lot more. My best backsquat for about 6 reps is probably around 240, best bench is only around 210 maybe for 1 rep, and best deadlift is around 375 for 1 rep. I’m 5’10" 175 lbs and plan on going up to 185 in the next 10-12 weeks. I would really prefer a strength program that would maybe allow my full squat reps of 10 be like 225, bench press reps of 10 be like 190-200, and deadlift probably something like 325 for 6-8 reps. The deadlift is just an estimate, but the others I really want to get.

I was planning on going to CW’s ABBH1 program, but it is a hypertrophy program moreso than strength, correct? I am looking for something right now that focuses purely on strength, as I am feeling really weak for my size. If anyone could point me in the right direction to a program that will allow me to get those numbers in the shortest time period (by short I mean anything like 12-16 weeks), then I’d really enjoy having it. Thanks

I put on a lot of strength with ABBH 1&2 so I wouldn’t totally rule it out if you’re interested in those programs.

But if you’re interested in staying with a Waterbury program with an emphasis on strength, try this:

Thanks for the recommendations! No, I’m not trying to stick just to CW, I’m up for anybody’s program as long as it’s going to get the job done. I think anyone would agree, and if not, well I have no clue why.
