Looking for a tried and true stack that will assist with lean/hard muscle gains.
15% BF here, want to lose 3-5%, NOT GREAT AT CARDIO I admit, train HARD 5x week. Weight 207 at 5’10" now.
Diet OK, some cheating, try Low Fat/Low Carb most of time.
Am 50, look good but want to look better of course.
Any recommends of stacks?
