What is the best stack of Biotest products for maximum gains?
If you're macronutrients are good I would say -
I'd take the ones I could afford and in that order.
I'd take Grow! but I sort of count that as food. Low-Carb Grow! or Classic Grow!
I don't see the point of supps without food and propper pre/post workout nutrition so that is the reasoning.
Definitely agree with Scrappy on that one.
Throw in ZMA at night.
Agreed, ZMA is also a staple with me.
I also like to stack PB Grow! Bars and Brownie Grow! bars.
