Best Split Routine to Follow

I’ve been training for over three years now and am wondering what is the best split to fallow. I have been working out three days a week with a push/pull/ legs routine. I’m thinking of switching up my routine and doing something along the lines of chest/back , legs/soulder and arm.

Now if I were to do this split, would I be over training my arm… I lift with allot of intensity and roughly do 6 to 9 sets per body part.

If bodybuilding is what you’re looking for, I would recommend some of the recent training programs by Christian Thibaudeau. His recent article “Three Ways to Get Big” is an excellent one along with his “Superhero” program and several of his specialization programs listed on the site.

I also like some of Ian King’s workouts/splits that have been posted several years back.
