What is the best Split for 4 consecutive days ? It’s PHUL optimal in those circumstances ?
No ‘best’ way but this works well. Can try the 6 day template done 4 on one off…
Chest, chest, chest, biceps.
For srs though it really depends on what you can handle. Some can to bench/squat/press/deadlift in a four day sequence and others need more rest.
Could always do upper heavy/lower light/upper light/lower heavy or something
