I have been looking a quite a few articles for hypertrophy and some say hot while others cold or contrast temps. Since for me as a female doing more volume and building muscle while buring excess fat, if I had any sort of minor injury on my body, what would be the perfect temp for those particular injuries. I am just lost and confused and not sure to be fair. I have been having hot showers lately. Is that making it worse? Is it improving my recovery? etc. I’m am stumped for quite some time now. Thanks

Morning after a heavy session finish your normal shower with icy blast for 30+seconds. Especially back of neck, upper back and groin. avoid too much on lower back
