I’m a rugby player and our season is over, well, for me at least because I have mono. Anyways, when I get better I need to get back into strength and build up my lower body. Whats the best routine to use. I did do Westside for Skinny Bastards, but I want something that is centered mostly around legs. However, since I am only 19, do you guys think it might be better just to continue to do westside for skinny bastards?
