I am a soccer player currently taking muscle milk and anabolic switch creatine. I lift 3 days a week, play soccer just about everyday, and do other things such as bike and swim. How many servings of muscle milk should I have a day. Also how much creatine should I have a day or week?

They have taken it out, it no longer has the harmful ingredient Barr talked about. David Barr had a newsletter a few months ago praising them for making the needed change.
